John “Johnny Diggz” Higgins is a founder, strategist, and creative technologist with a 25-year track record building companies, communities, and products at the intersection of technology, media, and human connection. He is the founder of Streets to Stages, a global initiative designed to support buskers and live performers by helping cities and

venues build sustainable creator ecosystems.

Diggz currently serves as SVP of Partnerships at Remixed (R3MX), where he develops AI-driven brand, content, and growth strategies for clients across entertainment, telecom, fintech, telemedicine, and emerging tech. Since 2019, he has been an early practitioner and advocate of large language models, integrating AI into marketing, product strategy, and community development long before it became mainstream.

Previously, he served as Chief Evangelist at Cisco/Tropo, leading global marketing, PR, developer outreach, and community strategy. Before that, he co-founded Voxeo, serving as COO and VP of Community Development, where he helped secure $35M in venture financing, grew a worldwide developer ecosystem, and contributed to the company’s eventual acquisition by Aspect. His earlier startup, IRdg, was acquired by MediaGate in 1997.

A lifelong community builder, Diggz founded Geeks Without Bounds, co-founded Factur Makerspace, and has organized or mentored global innovation programs including Random Hacks of Kindness, NASA’s International Space Apps Challenge, AngelHack, Code for America brigades, Startup World, and TADHack.

Beyond tech, he is an established entertainer, songwriter, and producer. As “Johnny Diggz,” he performs dueling pianos nationwide and releases original music, including his album Algorithmically Elevated. He also produced the indie feature film The Karaoke King (2007) and continues to develop creative projects that merge storytelling, technology, and culture.
