John M. Nardozzi is the senior managing engineer at O'Brien and Gere. As Principal in Charge of our Chicago office, John leads development of NRT’s consulting practice and professional staff in Chicago and Illinois. John’s experience in environmental consulting and engineering spans more than 30 years in the Chicago market. Available to our
clients is John’s special expertise in site investigation, risk-based evaluation, remedial design, and brownfield redevelopment. His success in implementing creative site closure strategies effectively paved the way for redevelopment of properties.
John has spearheaded environmental due diligence and compliance programs across the US, inclusive of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Control Plans and regulatory compliance programs for companies with industrial facilities in multiple locations. In the due diligence arena, John’s expertise in assessment and evaluation of environmental liabilities has supported numerous property transactions for clients. John has also provided litigation support in environmental matters related to UST compliance, site clean-up costs, and facility siting.
