Jochen started his career with Unilever in the Consumer Goods sector. Later he joined A.T. Kearney as a top management consultant, where he specialized in large R&D and innovation projects.
In 2000 Jochen joined BayTech Venture Capital as a Partner.
He now has 11 years of R&D and industrial experience and 10 years of investment
experience. He is responsible for investments in the Information Technology and Cleantech sectors. During his scientific career, Jochen has worked as a researcher in the field of material science at University of California, Santa Barbara, and received a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Technical Chemistry from Technical University of Munich.
