As CRO at Infer, Jim is responsible for achieving growth targets as well as scaling and aligning all revenue-connected aspects of the business. He is responsible for sales and marketing and brings over 20 years of experience to the company, including more than 10 years of cloud and SaaS sales leadership. Jim had previously spent six and a half
years as the EVP of Sales at Box, where he was the first sales hire and grew his team to more than 400 staff and over $120 million in annually recurring GAAP revenue. While at Box, Jim signed up as Infer's first customer and was instrumental in providing many initial inputs onto the development of the Infer service. In 2013, he became an advisor to Infer to continue to provide guidance into its product development, sales, and marketing strategies. Jim graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor's degree in geography and anthropology. Jim was a proud member of the Math Club in high school, has had a lifelong love of baseball, statistics and all things outdoors, and is thrilled to be working at Infer to bring predictive analytics to the world of sales and marketing.
