Jenny has been working with fast-growing businesses in the digital world for the last decade. Her previous roles include VP People & Operations at EyeEm, Portfolio Manager at the VC firm Lakestar and founding member & COO of Factory Berlin. She consults startup companies and NGOs on organisational development and HR and facilitates
offsites, workshops and trainings with teams. As a systemic coach and process supporter, Jenny mostly works with founders, leaders and new managers. Her sweet spots are growing pains of scaling businesses and personal/professional development of people working in high-pressure environments. She appreciates candid conversation and curiosity. When she is not working, you can find Jenny strolling around Berlin-Friedrichshain with her better half and daughter.
