Jeff Rich is the founder and principle director of Plumtree Partners.
Prior to forming PlumTree, Mr. Rich served as Chief Executive Officer of ACS, a Fortune 500 Company and leading provider of business process outsourcing and information technology services, from 1999 to 2005. Under his direction ACS grew from $300 million in annual revenues to
over $5.3 billion.Mr. Rich joined ACS in 1989 as Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in the company’s public offering in 1994.
In 1995, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and implemented a strategic shift away from bank processing to business process outsourcing.
Prior to ACS, Mr. Rich was a Vice President in the Leverage Capital Group of Citibank New York. At Citibank he financed several LBOs including all acquisitions of Snyder General, Paramount’s hostile raid on the Time/ Warner merger, among others. Mr. Rich currently serves on the Board of Telligent, Inc and is an Executive Board Member of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
Mr. Rich received a B.B.A. (Beta Gamma Sigma with honors) from the University of Michigan Business School in 1982
