Jeff received his BS in Geology from North Dakota State University, 1999 and was with a handful of students accepted each semester to receive a Masters in Geographic Information Science (GIS); Remote Sensing from the University of Minnesota in 2006. He has spent 15 years designing cloud-based enterprise GIS architectures, software development, and
managing complex IT systems. Jeff is a certified GIS Professional and an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist.
