Jeff Lautenbach is Chief Revenue Officer at hc1.com (the worlds leader in Healthcare Relationship management). Jeff’s responsibilities include leading the go to market including sales, marketing, demand generation and business development. He reports to the CEO of hc1.com. Prior to joining hc1.com was President of CRM at SAP, responsible for leading the end to end CRM business for SAP globally. This included everything from strategy, sales, operations, M&A and P/L. Prior to joining SAP in December of 2012 Jeff was the Senior Vice President for North America Enterprise Commercial Sales for Salesforce.com. Leading sales for the enterprise and commercial customer segments for North America. Lautenbach worked at IBM for 19 years prior to joining Salesforce in January of 2011.
In his last role Lautenbach was Vice President, West IMT for the Software Group responsible for IBM’s software business in the Western part of the United States leading over 1300 sales and technical professionals that support all the IBM customers in the Western US (Central Time Zone- West). Prior to the West IMT role Lautenbach was the Vice President of Sales and Services for IBM’s Master Data Management business leading the Product Information Management (Formerly Trigo Technology’s), Customer Data Integration (formerly DWL) and the Industry Models sales and services teams.
He also led the due diligence and the acquisition integration of Trigo and DWL from a sales and services perspective. Before the MDM role Lautenbach was the Director of the Distribution Sector for IBM Software and had responsibility for the Retail, CPG and Travel Transportation Industries. He holds a B.A. from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
