Jeff Gardella has led product development efforts in the Unified Communications and Computer Telephony industries for more than 15 years. Jeff began his product development career with Wang Information Services Corp, then later moved to VoiceCom Systems, and has been leading product development for Lyrix, Inc. since 1995. As vice president of
Product Development and Support, and co-founder of Lyrix Inc., Jeff is responsible for strategic planning, deployment, and overall support of Lyrix managed service solutions. He has fostered key vendor relationships with UC service providers and industry leaders enabling the company to utilize its engineering resource more effectively. Jeff also managed the rollout of several large-scale, enterprise wide UC projects, domestically and internationally, including Ernst & Youngs global speech enabled voice portal and voice messaging deployment. Jeff holds a computer science degree from North Adams State College.
