Jaz Lin is the Founder and CEO of Skyrelis, an agentic AI security company building the runtime policy layer for AI agents. She brings more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, and product leadership, with roles spanning Cisco, VMware, RingCentral, and Rubrik. Across her career, she has helped build security
solutions from the ground up and worked closely with enterprise customers to evaluate, deploy, and operationalize security technologies in complex production environments.
At Cisco, Jaz worked directly with customers and security teams to support the evaluation and deployment of security solutions at enterprise scale, giving her firsthand insight into how security products succeed or fail in real-world environments. Her experience across both product building and customer adoption shaped her view that the rise of AI agents requires a new security model—one built for runtime control, policy enforcement, and operational visibility. She founded Skyrelis to help security teams securely govern AI agents in production without requiring application rewrites or SDK changes.
