Jay Mays comes to Universal Mind with 18 years of business development and account management experience in the digital space.
As Universal Mind's VP of Client Services, Jay is a driven leader who consistently focuses on client success. He currently manages Universal Mind's strategic accounts including AT&T Mobility, FedEx, Meijer,
Spectrum Health and Herman Miller.
Prior to joining Universal Mind, Jay was the VP of Business Development at Zed / 9 Squared where he built multi-million dollar relationships with companies like AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, Universal Music Group and Sony BMG. He has also worked as a marketing consultant at Clear Channel Radio where he specialized in monetizing interactive streaming media.
When he's not working, you can find Jay jogging mountain trails, listening to 90's grunge rock, or enjoying an afternoon cortado. Jay resides in Golden, CO where he enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and St. Bernard.
