Jane is responsible for the financial reporting, tax compliance and related administrative functions of the firm.
Jane brings over 14 years of experience both in public accounting and private industry in the investment and software sectors. Prior to joining Tallwood, Jane gained her audit and tax public accounting experience as the Manager at
Burr Pilger & Mayer, Inc., the largest San Francisco Bay Area-based public accounting firm, as well as a Manager at Elwood, Espina & Ferrell, LLP, where she provided services such as audits, reviews compilations, as well as tax planning and compliance. As for her industry background, Jane was the Accounting Manager at Fisher Investments and the Accounting Supervisor at ClickAction, Inc., where she was responsible for the companies' consolidated month-end closing process, general accounting and administrative function, financial reporting, regulatory and tax compliance and research.
Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fuzhou University in China and a Master of Accountancy degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She is a member of the California Societies of CPAs. Her community activities include serving as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as a Finance Committee member and an Audit Committee member for the Shelter Network in San Mateo County.
