Jamie is a founder and Managing Partner at Peak Capital Partners and is responsible for managing the firm’s student housing and its multi-family portfolio in the Southeastern U.S. and Colorado.
He has been acquiring and managing multi-family properties since 2006. Jamie began his career as an analyst at Banc of America Securities in the Real
Estate Investment Banking Group. After leaving Banc of America Securities, Jamie joined the Dallas office of Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. Following his Bain experience, Jamie worked in acquisitions at Liberty Property Trust, a $4 billion office and industrial REIT. He later joined Crosland, the leading diversified real estate company in the southeastern United States, focused on multi-family and mixed-use development. While at Crosland, Jamie directed the formation of a $250 million land fund of discretionary capital from a leading life insurance company.
Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and American Studies at Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Wharton School of Business, with a focus on real estate and finance.
