Jim joined BB&T Asset Management in 2003 and Sterling Capital Management through merger in October 2010. He has investment experience since 1996. As Director of Advisory Solutions, he is responsible for investment manager search and selection and the oversight of Sterling's comprehensive open architecture platform solutions.
Jim is a
graduate of Rice University where he received his BA in Economics and Political Science. He received his MBA from Georgetown University. He is a CFA charterholder.
