Mr. Wilhelm has been our chief executive officer and a director since October 2001. He also held the position of president from September 2000 until March 2014. Mr. Wilhelm previously served as executive vice president—operations from March 1998 to September 1999 and as senior executive vice president and chief operations officer from September
1999 to August 2000. Mr. Wilhelm joined the Company in 1985, initially managing parking facilities in the Company’s Chicago division and ultimately becoming responsible for the Company’s Midwest and Western Regions, which included parking facilities in Chicago and sixteen other cities throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Wilhelm received his B.A. degree from Northeastern Illinois University in 1976.
