Isabel has been with the Steve Robbins team since May 2006. Isabel's primary role with the team is as Client Service Manager. Isabel heads all client service needs from opening a new account, transferring funds in, changing beneficiaries, online account setup, processing distribution requests and everything in between. Isabel is also a
Certified Fund Specialist and assists in managing client portfolios. This responsibility entails daily research, monitoring and coordinating of all trading activities. Finally, Isabel maintains frequent contact with clients through her regular email updates relaying information on the active management of client portfolios, as well as timely market and economic news.
Isabel holds an Associate's degree in General Study from College of DuPage and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Digital Media Production from The Illinois Institute of Art, where she graduated with honors in December 2005. She is also regularly involved in wealth management continuing education courses. Isabel is a Notary Public for the state of Missouri.
Isabel is bilingual and working to teach her children Spanish. She and her husband, as well as their four children, enjoy camping and outdoor activities. Isabel frequently travels to her hometown of West Chicago to visit family and friends.
