Isaac is a good people manager because he has the ability to see what may lie ahead and then
communicate his vision to others. He is a good initiator of new projects, though he may fail to
persevere with the details. At work he often makes significantly more starts than finishes and he
may need someone else to follow through with the details.
Tasks that involve practical day-to-day
maintenance tend to frustrate him. Eager to add to his knowledge, Isaac is passionate about
researching significant new subjects that capture his interest.
