Mr. Huan Chen joined CreditEase in 2007 and was previously a founding member of domestic marketplace lending business and later in charge of product design and internet business planning. He now oversees corporate strategy planning, business planning and execution as Chief Strategy Officer, Director of the Risk Management Committee and a Board
member of Yirendai.
Chen is an active practitioner and thinker in promoting inclusive finance in China, endeavoring to make a remarkable contribution to the industry’s standardization, digitization, professionalization, and expansion. In recent years Chen has been at the forefront of FinTech innovation seeking to enhance the financing accessibility and experience for Chinese SMEs and the overall population through the internet, big data and blockchain technology, as well as to explore tech-driven risk management under an unsophisticated credit system.
Chen has over 10 years of industrial experience in FinTech. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Sun Yat-sen University.
