supporting underserved users. Howard was previously SVP of Global CX & Design at MetLife, where he led brand and experience design, UX, and front-end platforms. Before joining MetLife, he led a network of design studios at IBM and developer marketing. He was previously a Senior Partner at Ogilvy and founded several startups.
