With that in mind, Hilli have focused the last half of his career on creating processes and patterns to optimize both the reliability and predictability of that critical delivery. Though Hilli have worked with a variety of methodologies, Hilli specifically focused on creating a productive, scales and practical Scrum that get results. Hilli's work is also used as a basis for his PhD. Research.

Hilli have initiated an Addon development company (Addon-Experts-Center) which focus on creating a streamline of needed mini-features (addons) that improves ALM systems (such as jira) and providing a better tailor made feeling to IT organizations to improve the tools usefulness.
Hilli is a senior lecturer in many conferences, and doing many trainings in the fields of Project Management, and Agile-Scrum.
