Founder and Managing Director of RM and RMA, specializes in private equity and investment banking with 32 years of experience. Hideki's generalist industry coverage includes life sciences, consumer products and services / retail, and industrial biotechnology.

Prior to Wall Street, he was a banker in Tokyo at Sumitomo Bank (SMBC).
Hideki received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Waseda University, and was also a Visiting Professor at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees Graduate School of International Business, where he taught Corporate Restructuring.
