Hendrik Lesser is the founder and CEO of Remote Control Productions (rcp), an independent production house for games established in 2005. With a background in publishing at Take-Two Interactive and decades of hands-on industry experience—from game retail and journalism to mentoring—Hendrik has built rcp into a global network of developers with a
dozen studios.
A passionate advocate for sustainable game development, he also serves as Managing Director of Games Bavaria Munich (GBM) and President of the European Games Developer Federation (EGDF). Hendrik supports education and cultural initiatives, including his role as Chair of Production at the School for Games (S4G) in Berlin and co-founding the largest German game culture club. He is a lifelong gamer and a dedicated mentor to startups across industries.
