A 30-year veteran of SRP, Greg now manages the Information Management (IM) department within ITS. The Information Management department provides support for enterprise analytics, content and collaboration services, database administration, data quality and master data management, records management, eDiscovery, information governance, and
integration services. The goal of information management at SRP is to optimize the value of its information assets by: managing those assets throughout their lifecycle; keeping them relevant, accurate, and easily accessible; and analyzing them to improve operations, provide better customer insights, and mitigate risk.
