Mr. Lyons joined NGP in 2014 and serves as Principal. Mr. Lyons concentrates on NGP ETP’s efforts in sourcing investments, transaction analysis, and execution as well as the monitoring of active portfolios. Mr. Lyons is a board observer of Voltus, Inc., an active portfolio company of NGP ETP III.
Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Lyons was an investment
banking Analyst with Citi’s Global Energy Group in Houston, where he focused on financing and merger and acquisition transactions in the energy industry.
Mr. Lyons received a B.A. in Political Science in 2012 from Yale University.
