Gordon, a managing director, leads the Select Equity investment team that manages the Small Cap Equity, All Cap Equity, and Mid Cap Equity styles utilizing the same cash-flow-oriented investment approach. He started the small cap product in 1994 and has provided overall investment direction and management to the team since inception. Prior to
joining the firm along with the team in 2004, he was president and chief investment officer of Allegiant Investment Counselors, Inc., which he joined in 1985 as an assistant portfolio manager. Gordon holds a B.S.B.A. and an M.B.A. with specialization in finance from Southern Illinois University.
