Nick Brown was appointed CEO in July 2009. He joined Global Aerospace in 2004 as Chief Underwriting Officer. Nick has over 30 years of experience in aviation insurance and reinsurance, including positions with M&G Re (purchased by Swiss Re in 1996) and with the London arm of AIG Aviation. In the post‐9/11 period, he played a key role in
the ongoing provision of terrorism coverage to the aviation industry. Nick is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and a Chartered Insurer.
