Genna Murphy developed the INACCORD model in conjunction with Shauna Ries, and is instrumental in the day to day running of the training for over 2000 professional mediators and arbitrators. Genna is responsible for tracking the growth of Mediators Without Borders, and has developed a five-year plan of national expansion. She also manages vendor
relations, as well as the company's signatory partnership with the United National Principles for Responsible Investment. Genna hails from a business and psychology background, and ran a private psychotherapy practice for twenty years in Boulder, Colorado.
