Fleur Johnston is a behavioral scientist and entrepreneur, fascinated with large workforces and community impact. hemisphere, Fleur co-founded her first business in 2012, advising an impressive range of Federal and State Government Agencies on Strategy, Org Redesign and Change. Fleur is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, an Executive Advisor to the Queensland University of Technology Graduate School of Business’ Executive MBA program and guest lecturer for the Griffith University’s School of Education and Professional Studies.
