Ferey is an avid and visionary finance and technology professional with principal investing experience as venture capitalist/ buyout advisor and hands-on operating experience as CEO of three entrepreneurial companies. His experience covers a broad area of high-technology, entrepreneurial business and venture finance in some depth. He spent
several years working with leading Fortune 500 corporations worldwide as a corporate strategist and also has investment banking experience in M&A and private placements.
He is passionate about identifying and leading wealth-creating technology companies to success, realizing hidden value through vision, strategic positioning, and excellence in execution, financial structuring and exit planning. He combines his own principal investing and technology development experience to bridge between sophisticated private equity investors and entrepreneurial or promising growth companies that bring value to our lives and to the economy of larger enterprises. He obtained a PhD in Electronics Engineering from University College, London and an MBA from Cambridge University.
Ferey is well networked in the private equity, venture capital and high-technology communities. He is a hands-on resource with experience of working with some of the best companies in the world.
