Evan has been in the digital space since the beginning - starting with agency.com in 1995. Evan has previously worked to build new products and businesses for companies including Yahoo!, AOL, Excite, Jumptap, and Looksmart. Most recently at Shazam, he was the EVP of Global Advertising Sales where he lead the media advertising team as well as creating Shazam’s leading 2nd Screen advertising business.
In his last two roles he developed entirely new businesses and world-class sales organizations in emerging markets reaching $30M+ in revenues. Evan is an expert in developing go-to market sales strategies, building world-class sales organizations, and getting the job done in turbulent markets. Evan has also shown to be a visionary, championing and developing successful businesses in many of the most important emerging markets in recent years.
