Eric joined CBRE Caledon in 2015. Prior to joining CBRE Caledon, Eric spent eight years with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, most recently as a Senior Analyst in their investment governance department, where he was responsible for legal entity governance and legal entity financial and tax reporting. Prior to that, Eric was part of CPPIB
investment finance – private investments team where he was responsible for operations, transaction cost reporting, and monitoring investment tax strategies. Eric was also once part of the CPPIB corporate finance team responsible for general corporate accounting.
Eric is a CFA Charterholder, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
