Emre Ucer is a finance executive and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. He is the founder of Link Capital, a firm operating across private credit, fund management, and capital markets. His career in financial services began in the early 2000s, where he built foundational expertise in lending operations, credit risk analysis, and portfolio
management. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Loan America before co-founding a specialty consumer lending platform in 2009, which he led for more than a decade. Under his leadership, the company scaled from a small origination operation into a multi-state platform serving thousands of accounts, and became an early adopter of AI-assisted underwriting, cloud-based loan origination, and fully digital processing systems. His structured lending experience extended beyond origination. He negotiated and managed senior secured revolving credit facilities with institutional capital partners, overseeing collateral management, servicing operations, and investor reporting. This direct work in the mechanics of structured finance, from warehouse lines to portfolio-level risk management, forms the foundation of his current focus on private credit. In 2017, he was named Executive of the Year by Consolidated Asset Recovery Systems (CARS), an industry award recognizing leadership in lending operations and asset lifecycle management. In 2021, he joined the speaker faculty at the Powersports Finance Summit at the Wynn Las Vegas. He has published articles in industry trade media on topics including credit accessibility, consumer finance psychology, and proactive business strategy. Through Link Capital, he applies the operational and strategic experience of more than two decades to private credit investing and fund management, with a focus on asset-backed lending, credit facility structuring, and capital deployment.
