Elizabeth Closmore is the global head of product evangelism at Sprinklr, a social media management platform that enables enterprise brands to connect with their customers. Prior to that, he was the vice president of strategic accounts and partnerships at the same company.
Closmore has pioneered social business programs spanning social marketing, analytics, and services at many global corporations. Before joining Sprinklr, she served as a social business strategy manager at Target Corporation, where she was responsible for defining organizational alignment, social experience and architecture, and social engagement.
Closmore holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She lives in New York, United States.
