Raff has served as a director since October 2007. Raff currently serves as a financial consultant to Wolfson Clore Mayer Ltd. and as a senior advisor to Morgan Stanley. Raff also serves on the board of directors of Alon USA Partners GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that is owned by Alon USA Energy, Inc. and general partner of Alon USA
Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership that owns and operates a crude oil refinery and markets and distributes petroleum products. Raff is also chairman of the public board of Youth Leading Change, a non-profit association, and previously served as the Accountant General (Treasurer) in the Israeli Ministry of Finance.
Raff holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and, in 2012, received a Doctor Philosophiae Honoris Causa from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Raff currently serves on the boards of directors of Israel Corp. Ltd. and a number of privately-held corporations.
Raff is a member of our Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. He currently serves on the investment and capital structure committee of Israel Corp. and on the audit committee of Alon USA Partners GP, LLC.
