In early 2000 I was a member of the Eyeblaster founding team (Employee #1), joined as a software developer. Two years later I was promoted to R&D Team Leader position, managing the web applications and databases development
along with the deployment of the Eyeblaster system. Two years later got promoted to a Director of R&D position, where I managed the development of the Eyeblaster ACM product, assuming responsibility on most of the R&D organization. In 2007 I was promoted to the Chief Architect / VP Technology position - leading the product architecture, technology roadmap of the company, technology research, audits, standardizations, competitive analysis, patents and M&A's.
