Dwight Strayer is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for SEI and provides both strategic and operational leadership. Dwight oversees service delivery and support operations and works with his leadership team to develop future leaders as SEI continues to grow.
Dwight brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a result of multiple positions at
Service Express. He began his career as one of SEI’s first field engineers in 1988. After years of field support, Dwight became IT Director in 1999 and automated a majority of the service and support processes used at SEI. In 2000, Dwight was named Vice President of Service. Under his leadership, SEI’s service teams delivered exceptional profits with sustainable growth. In 2012, Dwight was named Chief Operating Officer.
Dwight currently serves as a Board Member of the SIA (Service Industry Association).
He holds a Computer and Electronics Technology degree from ITT Institute in Grand Rapids.
