Douwe is a globe-trotting data lover who enjoys an open source hackfest almost as much as he likes being on the road. Born and raised in The Netherlands, Douwe has lived in five countries and traveled to more than 100, including Samoa, Sierra Leone and Uzbekistan. Before founding Triposo, Douwe spent seven years at Google working on in three different countries on Search, Mobile and finally Google Wave where he was the tech lead on the API. Prior to joining Google Douwe founded and ran Oberon Interactive, a Dutch digital marketing company.
He currently lives in Berlin, Germany. Douwe has a Master’s degree in Philosophy as well as one Computer Science
