Douglas joined UTAC in January 2014. He heads up the Corporate Finance, IT, and Legal Departments. Doug joins us with 20 years of experience as a financial executive and manager in the semiconductor industry and related fields. From 2011 to 2013 Doug was CFO of two Silicon Valley venture capital startup companies Stion, a thin film solar technology
company, and, Soraa, a next generation LED company. From 2009 to 2011 Doug was Vice President of Finance for Nvidia Corporation. Prior to Nvidia, Doug served in a wide range of finance management positions with Intel from 1997 to 2009 including manufacturing, procurement, strategic, and P&L roles. He holds a BSE and an MBA from the University of Michigan, United States, and a CPA license.
