Dirk Behrens has been the CSO of Web Financial Group SA since May 13, 2016. Mr. Behrens served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of International Business of Web Financial Group SA until April 2016. Mr. Behrens served as a Vice President of Automotive at Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG since March 1, 2012 and served as its Member of
Management Board. He served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing at Zentrum Mikroelektronik Dresden AG(also known as ZMD AG) since May 21, 2007. He joined WFG in 2004. Mr. Behrens is leading ZMD’s strategic emphasis on the above markets and on the extension of ZMD's analog and mixed-signal standard product portfolio. He serves as a member of management team of OnVista (Germany). Mr. Behrens has extensive experience in the design of advanced semiconductor products and technology and also has a combination of deep technical understanding and strong business experience. At Infineon, Mr. Behrens managed the market introduction and growth of several communications products in the wireline and wireless markets. He also led Infineons worldwide marketing for its automotive, industrial and multimarket product groups, developing strategic marketing and business development teams and driving sales to over $2.5B. Mr. Behrens served as a Director of Marketing at ATI (recently acquired by AMD), where he was responsible for all of Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia, and India. He and his team created innovative channel marketing and ‘E-tailer’ marketing programs that increased ATI’s business in these markets by more than 30 percent. Mr. Behrens holds a doctoral degree in electrical engineering. He studied Management studies at Bochum and Nice.
