Devitre is Special Advisor to General Atlantic LLC, a private equity firm, a position he has held since June 2008.
In March 2008, Devitre retired from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Altria Group, Inc.
Prior to Devitre’s appointment to this position in April 2002, he held a number of senior management
positions with the Company. He is a director of Markit Ltd. and SABMiller plc. He also serves as a director of Pratham USA and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. He previously served as a director of Kraft Foods Inc. (now known as Mondelēz International, Inc.) from 2002 to 2007, Emdeon Inc. from 2008 to 2011, Western Union Company from 2006 to May 2015, and as a director of The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc.
