As Vice President of Human Resources for SRS, Denise Smith focuses her time on our most valuable asset: our team members. Denise works directly with the executive team to create and implement Human Resources programs which drive maximum employee engagement. She provides coaching and guidance to the SRS management team to ensure the full employee
life cycle, from entry to exit, is handled at the high standards SRS sets.
Denise has over 20 years of Human Resources experience including employee relations, recruiting, performance and compensation management, career development, policy development, benefits administration, and compliance issues. She spent 14 years at GfK—formerly Roper Starch Worldwide, an international Market Research Firm—where she worked in a generalist capacity with marked success in the areas of employee training, benefits and relations. Following GfK, Denise spent a year as a contractor at Cegedim where she helped create the Human Resources function for the New Jersey office.
Denise earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from Pace University. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
