Debarghya's entrepreneurial journey began with LambdaGeeks , where he served as Founder and CEO, building a technical knowledge and engineering platform. His ventures are united by a conviction that AI and intelligent automation can radically simplify how people create, analyze, and act on information.
Before founding his own companies, Debarghya held senior engineering leadership roles at some of the world's most recognized technology organizations. As Engineering Architect at Walmart Global Tech India, he designed large-scale engineering systems powering global retail operations. At Paytm, as Senior Leader , he built and led multi-disciplinary teams developing next-generation fintech products ie. including a unified orchestration platform spanning UI, API, mobile, performance, security, robotics, and cognitive automation. At Visa, he pioneered cognitive automation architecture for global payment infrastructure, and at Target, he built robotic process automation engines for sentiment analysis, data intelligence, and chatbot platforms powered by real-time data streaming.
A deep technologist at heart, Debarghya has hands-on expertise across the full automation spectrum ie. from intelligent RPA and AI-driven process re-engineering to security automation and mainframe automation.
He is an open-source contributor to Jenkins and has published technical work advancing the field of automated testing and software engineering. His early career included a role as Project Engineer at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), where he contributed to automated meteorological data retrieval systems for cloud modelling.
