David Van Reyk has experience as both an investor and operator, including working at a number of blue-chip global financial institutions (Lazard, HIG and CVC). David was a founding team member of CVC’s multi-billion-dollar Strategic Opportunities platform where he completed multiple equity investments in the US and Europe across Business Services,
Financial Services and Infrastructure. In total, David has completed nearly thirty transactions, representing EV of >$15bn across control buyouts, minority investments, bolt-ons, JVs, re-financings and IPO. Most recently, David led the Services division of one of CVC’s portfolio companies, Petco, where he had full P&L responsibility, built its vet hospital roll-out strategy, and supported the company with its IPO in 2021. David is currently Co-Founder and COO at Eudia. David holds a MA from Oxford University, where he studied Experimental Psychology.
