David helps the business innovate and grow through data-driven decision making, maintaining a culture of empowerment and learning throughout the business.
With customer insight at the core, David’s responsible for our product development and operations, amongst other things, utilising our tech and data capabilities to drive the business forward.
David joined Simply Business in 2006 from Accenture, where he was a Management Consultant. Before stepping into his role as Chief Operating Officer, David oversaw our Northampton contact centre, whilst working on a number of growth-accelerating projects and partnerships.
