David Soong is a serial entrepreneur who ventures into his passions and create businesses around it. SweetEscape, an AI driven photography platform, connecting clients with local photographers in over 500 cites around the world.
David was also the Founder of AXIOO, a photography & videography company specializing in wedding, engagement, and family portraitures. What started off as a hobby has evolved into a movement to revolutionise the world of wedding photography when David opened the doors of AXIOO in 2002.
In the same year, David ventured into F&B business by establishing The Boga Group. Boga owns more than 170 restaurants in Indonesia with multiple brands in 14 cities. With brands like: PepperLunch, Shaburi, Kintan, Bakerzin, Kimukatsu, PutuMade and many more.
David advised for Bridestory, by combining his insights of wedding industry with technology. Bridestory was acquired by Tokopedia in June 2019.
When he’s not taking pictures or traveling the world, you will find him in the kitchen or in his backyard barbecuing steaks for his friends.
