As Chief Financial Officer, Monica oversees all financial activities at Escher, including strategic financial planning and funding initiatives, risk management, financial strategy and analysis, auditing, record-keeping, and financial reporting. A seasoned financial executive who has worked for both public and privately held organizations, Monica is
also responsible for streamlining business processes, strengthening company culture, and implementing Escher’s strategic vision. Monica’s years of experience in sound financial decision making, have earned her a seat at the table in every organization she has served.
Prior to joining Escher, Monica held leadership positions in multinational manufacturing environments as well as high-growth technology companies. She has a proven track record of increasing shareholder value, successfully acquiring and integrating organizations, developing high-performance teams, and building world-class financial business processes. Monica holds a B.S. B. A. in Accounting from Robert Morris University of Pennsylvania.
