A 25-year veteran of the Information Systems world, David brings an enormous amount of experience, systems & personnel management, and raw talent to the Spotlight At Night™ team. David has overseen the development of enterprise-level systems for a diverse group of clients, including the US Navy Seals and Avon. Has founded 501(c)3 non-profit
organizations, authored financial programs for the Veteran’s Administration (VA), and served on the Board of Directors for numerous institutions.
David shall act as our COO in our first year under an agreement that allows him to remain in Idaho and continue his other entrepreneurial ventures. As demand on his time increases, he will either devote all of his time to our purpose, or assist us in the recruitment and transition to his replacement.
