David Schamens is an accomplished business executive with over 22 years of experience within the financial services industry. Over the course of his career, Schamens has proven himself as a innovative, strategic leader who is passionate about uncovering new opportunities for growth and development. His specialties include electronic trading,
options, derivatives, equities, prime brokerage, high frequency trading, and hedge funds.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TradeStream Analytics, Ltd., David Schamens is responsible for the direct communication with investors, vendor and clearing relationships, and contracts with trading group clients. Alongside the Chief Technology Officer, he is also responsible supervising technology development and implementing that technology with client groups.

Previously, David Schamens served as a Consultant with Invictus Funds, LLC, providing investment analysis, general ledger, and technology consulting expertise to clients. He remained with the organization from 1998 through 2010. From 1995 to 1998, he served as an Advisor for FSM National Government, during which time he was the finance liaison and was also responsible for investment analysis, policy development.
David Schamens is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Accounting. During this time, he was a member of the Student Government, Young Republicans, and Market Trading Club. Outside of his professional endeavors, David is an active member of the Centenary United Methodist Church and an avid fan of the Carolina Panthers football team.
