David is Co-Founder at Nano Air Mask, where he created a company directly focused on meeting the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and helping America get back to business.

Barclays responsible for advising the firm in structuring, negotiating and executing multi-billion dollar bank lending transactions, including acquisition financings, restructurings and other complex transactions.
David was previously a senior associate at Latham & Watkins and brings over fifteen years of legal expertise in advising global top-tier investment and commercial banks. In these roles, David has advised on financings in various industries, including some of the largest financings in the Technology and Telecom space.
David received his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
