David Ruddick was appointed Westfield’s Executive Vice President of Leasing in July 2016. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s U.S. leasing efforts for major development projects, including those at Westfield World Trade Center, Century City, UTC and Valley Fair.
After first joining Westfield in Australia in 1999, David was
involved in the management of a number of successful redevelopments, including the iconic Westfield Sydney. David has also held senior positions for the company in the United Kingdom and Brazil.
